We do not share any identifiable data with any partners or services without your consent.

Some data, such as cookies, may be required to allow specific website functions to work with other services. An example would be Disqus, a service which allows you to comment on different websites using the same Disqus account. We may share transactional and customer data with our financial accountant as required by law and regulations. We only hold this data if you have chosen to provide it by purchasing a product or service.
Students
If you purchase a membership using a massage school discount code, your instructor may have access to your quiz and simulation activity.
How to access and control your data
You may contact us to learn which of your identifiable data we have stored. It may take up to 30 days for us to locate and provide your identifiable data.
You will need to provide your email address, name and, in the case of transactional data, the date and product that was purchased.
Communication, marketing and advertising preferences
You can opt out of receiving certain direct communications from us.
If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, you can do so by following the instructions included in every email sent to you via the “unsubscribe” link. We respect your choice, and we will stop sending you emails once you unsubscribe or update your preferences. It may take up to a short while for our systems to process your request.

Our retention of your data
Your account information and purchase history are kept on our systems for as long as you have an account on our system, then legally for a further seven years.
Newsletter subscription data is kept as long as you continue to consent to receive our newsletter.

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct any inaccuracies.
